“My parents stayed in a handicapped accessible room #104. It was very tight, no chairs to sit on & the bathroom room was in the way, always swans open so my blind mother would run into it.”

“Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above...

“This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.”

“Clean room, helpful staff. We were on the fifth floor and only one elevator worked, and sometimes that elevator didn’t work needs repair.”

“Rooms were clean, showers were hot. Could have used more larger towels. Beds were comfortable and the AC unit ran cold. Breakfast was ok- adequate for a quick morning meal. Location was very convenient.”

“The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...

“rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention.”

“Quite a few maintenance issues and repairs needed to room, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken thermostat, malfunctioning commode. The carpeting had a film on it which felt grimy when walking barefooted. The room felt damp, like moisture was trapped in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will not be staying here again.”

“The room we had was one with a king bed, and it was nowhere near as pictured on the website. I realize we booked late for a next-day reservation, and there was nothing else available in Minot, but Expedia should not have this on their list of available hotels/motels in Minot. The towels were not taken the next morning we had to ask for clean towels as we were there for another night. Our room was not entered by the staff on the 2nd day of our stay.
